This is an Outstanding service. I am a loan modification consultant for the right reasons just as you are. From a morally and ethical standpoint I refuse to work under fee based conpanies because of to many reasons to write out. The one and only fee based company I worked for taught me plenty. I will not mention their name but they also “chipped” me out of 2 commissions on the way to changing the programs on behalf of themselves. I therefore am looking to put my referrals in the “right” company (as an outside salesperson) and would really enjoy a career with you in the “inside” if met correctly to my satisfaction. I have been on line looking for all ways to stop foreclosure.On ly finds are file chapter 13 or pay out thousands which i already have
MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY IN 2008 AND MY ONLY INCOME IS MINE. BANK OF AMERICA WILL NOT REFINANCE FOR , THEY SURE WILL FORCLOSE ON ME. I NEED HELP. I WANT TO KEEP MY HOME. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 30 SOME YEARS. THIS HOUSE IS HOMESTEADED.
